Founded in 1976, Hill quickly developed an international reputation for innovative approaches to both avoiding and resolving construction disputes. Soon after, we began offering clients a full spectrum of project management services designed to better assure that capital projects are completed on schedule and within budget. By the late 1970s, we had helped develop a form of objective project oversight, called Project Management Oversight, that would become an industry staple. When clients wanted an alternative to construction litigation, we developed the Project NeutralŪ. Since then, we've continued that tradition of innovation by creatively meeting our clients' ever-changing needs.
